The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, has donated 1,000 chairs and 1,000 tables to Bole Senior High School at the schools premises on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
Speaking to Bole-based Nkilgi Fm after the donation, Alhaji Yusif Sulemana explained that he secured the furniture in collaboration with the Office of the President. He emphasized that the metal chairs and tables are durable and of high quality, ensuring they will last long.
The Bole MP highlighted the government’s commitment to providing quality infrastructure for schools, stating that metal furniture will be prioritized in future projects. He assured that the donated furniture will suffice for now and promised to provide more if needed.
Alhaji Yusif Sulemana emphasized the government’s focus on action over rhetoric, revealing plans for more projects for the school. A committee will be established to oversee the quality of work done by contractors to ensure value for money.
The Assistant Headmistress in Charge of Academics, Madam Memunatu Abdulai, thanked the MP for his kind gesture, expressing gratitude for his support.
She acknowledged that the MP for Bole has the school’s best interests at heart and hopes for more support in the future.
