The 2024 Parliamentary Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency, Raphael Abolasom Kumah, has congratulated the party’s newly elected constituency executives, describing their election as a call to dedicated and selfless leadership.

In a statement issued on July 13, 2026, Mr. Kumah commended the successful conduct of the constituency elections and urged the new executives to focus on uniting the party and strengthening its structures ahead of the 2028 general elections.

He stressed that although the internal contest had ended, the responsibility of rebuilding, reconciling, and repositioning the party for electoral victory had only just begun.
“As we look ahead to the 2028 general elections, the task before us is even greater than the victory we celebrate today. It demands unity, discipline, commitment and sacrifice from every member of our party,” he stated.

Calling for reconciliation after the elections, Mr. Kumah appealed to party members to put aside their differences and rally behind the newly elected leadership.
“This is the time to build bridges, bury every hatchet and strengthen the bonds that unite us. Though we may have contested among ourselves, we remain one family with a common purpose. Together, we must work tirelessly to secure victory for the New Patriotic Party in 2028,” he said.

He further reminded the executives that leadership within the party should be defined by service, humility, integrity and fairness, emphasizing that their mandate comes with the responsibility of inspiring confidence, promoting inclusiveness and creating opportunities for every member to contribute meaningfully to the party’s growth.

Mr. Kumah also encouraged members who were unsuccessful in the elections not to be discouraged, but to remain committed to the ideals and objectives of the party.
He noted that the strength of the NPP lies in its unity and collective resolve, adding that every member has a vital role to play in rebuilding the party and securing victory in future elections.

Mr. Kumah concluded by wishing the newly elected executives a successful tenure and prayed for God’s wisdom, strength and guidance as they discharge their responsibilities in the service of the party and the people of the Bole-Bamboi Constituency.
