The Member of Parliament for Bole-Bamboi and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Alhaji Yussif Sulemana, has donated 1,480 mathematical sets to the Bole District Directorate of the Ghana Education Service (GES) to support candidates preparing for the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

The items were presented on behalf of the MP by his spokesperson, Mr. Iddisah Tahiru Omega to the District Director of Education, Mr. Achinani Sepaga, during a brief ceremony held at the forecourt of the Bole District Assembly on April 30, 2026.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Omega noted that the donation forms part of the MP’s annual initiative aimed at supporting basic school candidates across the district. He emphasized that such interventions are crucial in equipping students with the necessary tools and confidence to excel in their examinations.

He encouraged the candidates to take their studies seriously, prepare adequately, and strive for excellence in the upcoming BECE, urging them to make their families and the district proud through outstanding performance.Receiving the items, Mr. Achinani Sepaga expressed gratitude to the MP for his consistent commitment to improving education in the district.

He described the gesture as timely and impactful, noting that it would go a long way in easing the burden on students and enhancing their readiness for the examination.The donation is expected to benefit final-year basic school students across the Bole District as they prepare for this year’s BECE.
