Former District Chief Executive for Bole, Hon. Veronica Alele Heming, has called on members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bole-Bamboi Constituency to put the recently concluded constituency elections behind them and unite for the progress of the party.

Speaking exclusively to Bole-based Nkilgi FM from her base in the United Kingdom, the former DCE congratulated the newly elected constituency executives and urged them to be magnanimous in victory by embracing those who were unsuccessful in the elections.

Hon. Veronica Alele Heming said internal elections are meant to strengthen the party and not create divisions. She stressed that both winners and losers remain important stakeholders whose collective efforts are needed to reposition the party for future electoral success.

She appealed to the newly elected executives to carry everyone along, emphasizing that members who did not win still possess valuable ideas, experience, and committed supporters who can contribute significantly to the growth of the party.

According to her, lasting peace and genuine reconciliation within the party will strengthen its grassroots structures, attract new members, and increase public confidence in the NPP ahead of future elections. She noted that unity is the surest path to improving the party’s electoral fortunes in the constituency.

Hon. Alele Heming further urged party members to avoid bitterness, insults, and actions that could deepen divisions, encouraging them instead to promote mutual respect, forgiveness, and teamwork.

She expressed optimism that with peace, togetherness, and inclusive leadership, the NPP in the Bole-Bamboi Constituency can emerge stronger and better positioned to win future elections, stressing that the party’s collective success should always take precedence over individual ambitions.
